The old territories still bordered with OneClan; she would often pace up and down the borders, trying to catch a glimpse or even a scent of what used to be home. Lotusflower sighed slightly as she sat down at the edge of the border, her mind drifting to the past. The long and spacious stretch of the moors, the smell of the newly blooming flowers and tiny rabbits springing past danced in her mind. It was her old home. Lotusflower missed what used to be, but she had embraced the change and was adapting to the new ways of OneClan. Lotusflower found it easy to bond with warriors hailing from Gorge; the two seemed to share dislikes for fish which always made a good ice breaker. A smile curved across her maw as she thought about her recent encounter with Egrethowl. The handsome tom had been a fairly fun tease; the two engaging in a little friendly competition.
The she-cat turned her bright yellow hues away from the border; proceeding forward in her journey. Lotusflower had no real destination other than aimlessly padding back and forth around the borders. It was almost as if she were waiting for something, or someone. But, she had never encountered another here and she had no intentions of meeting anyone. Lotusflower slowed as she reached a small bushel of brightly decorated flowers, she lowered her head and touched her nose gently to the ruby red petals. The smell was gentle but evident, rosy and delicate. She suddenly erected her head upwards, her ears shot up in alert. The smell of another lingering in the air. "Hello?" She called, curiously narrowing her sun colored orbs as she peered across the border line.
