KITTEN COUGH → a cough that is usually specific to the kittens of the clans. this cough is usually not fetal, but can be if left untreated. it is highly contagious, and can spread through the nursery like wildfire if left unattended. WHITE COUGH → a chest infection, a mild form of the severe greencough. white cough can easily be found in the camp come leafbare and is more often than not, known for it's coughing and pain. it spreads usually through the air, and can be contracted by cats of all walks of life. GREEN COUGH → a more severe form of whitecough, green cough is a chest infection that causes the feline to cough and also feel extremely weak. the feline may also experience a fever. if not treated it can turn deadly. it spreads usually through the air, and can be contracted by cats of all walks of life. RED COUGH → redcough is a dangerous cough that is extremely rare, if not almost impossible to find. while not native to the clans, it is found more commonly in cats from the city. these cats will experience symptoms similar to greencough, with the exception that they are coughing up blood. it is almost always fatal, unless they are treated by a two-leg. no one knows how it spreads or if it is only select cats that get it. YELLOW COUGH → a very dangerous infection, almost always fatal unless the cats can be given lungwort. the disease causes loss of appetite, fever ,difficulty breathing, delirium and sore throats. in worst cases it can cause a feline to fall into a coma and pass on. the clans are aware of how to treat this illness. THE SPORE → [site specific] while the infection can have multiple symptoms, sometimes casting doubt on what it actually is, the most notable experience is that you will smell a musky scent before symptoms affect the feline. these symptoms can range from mild blurriness to fainting or even death. upon death, it will take only a few moments before mushrooms spring from the body of the feline.
these are diseases not known to the clan cats by name and they can not treat it. this can include, but is not limited too;
→ cancer [of any type] → diabetes → epilepsy → heartworm → hyperthyroidism → kidney disease → lumps [of any type] → rabies → tumors [of any type]

Here on Uproar, we want to ensure that those who play felines with mental health issues, do so with as much accuracy as possible. This is why as a shop perk you must purchase the disability perk if the symptoms of mental health are affecting your felines every day life.
A small, small case of anxiety or seasonal depression that does not borderline negative thinking to the extreme can be described as ok to not purchase the perk.
However if the player demonstrates the feline getting worst or shows that their idea of mild anxiety is actually the terms of moderate-severe anxiety, you will be asked to purchase the disability perk.
For example you will notice here that there are two categories for some of these. When noting the lower categories this would explain felines who are effected by their disability but should still be able to maintain their positions. While the higher categories would be more like your cat is forced to be an elder situation.
Blindness - 50% or Lower → 50% blindness could be the inability to see out of one eye or the inability to see long distances, or the inability to see in the dark. Everything underneath is mild vision impairment.
Blindness - 50% or higher → Cats with 75% blindness will struggle to make out shapes and fine details. They can usually see color and live their lives in a blur. This could also be the same for a cat that is blind in one eye and has impaired vision in the other. Cats that are 100% blind are subject to be made elders at the leader's discretion. If it is deemed that the life of a warrior or healer is too dangerous, this will be done.
Congenital Analgesia - Mild to Moderate → Cats with mild to moderate congenital analgesia have the ability to feel some pain from severe wounds but may not notice a scratch on their shoulder or discomfort in their paw pads and limbs but would notice if they received a nasty bite from a fox or rat. Cats with this disease must live the life of a hunter to ensure their own safety and to decrease the chances of getting into dangerous situations.
Congenital Analgesia - Moderate to Severe [Subject to Staff Confirmation] → Cats with moderate to severe congenital analgesia are unable to feel any pain, and this can be incredibly dangerous. It can leads to wounds not being treated in a timely manner and could ultimately lead to infection and death. Cats with severe congenital analgesia should consider the life of an elder for the safety of themselves, largely because even the smallest of scratches if left untreated and it becomes infected could be fatal.
Deafness 50% or lower → Cats with 50% deafness may struggle with hearing certain frequencies. This can include things that are too high or too low, or too soft. They may be able to hear a cat talking at a louder volume but cannot hear the soft crunch of pawsteps or scurrying of prey. This can be hard manage as a warrior but could be managed to some degree. They may also be only deaf in one ear. Work with your leader to understand what they may allow.
Deafness 50% or Higher → Cats with 75% deafness may be deaf in one ear and have partial deafness in the other. Cats that are 100% deaf are subject to be made elders at the leader's discretion. If it is deemed that the life of a warrior or healer is too dangerous, this will be done.
Hyperesthesia - Mild to Moderate [Subject to Staff Confirmation] → Cats with mild to moderate hyperesthesia will experience discomfort in their skin from even the most mild sensation, like the wind ruffling their pelt or a delicate touch from a clan mate. Cats that suffer from mild to moderate hyperesthesia are likely to live their lives as hunters as physical contact can often be too much stimulation.
Hyperesthesia - Moderate to Severe [Kitty-Pet Only] → Cats with moderate to severe hyperesthesia will experience extreme discomfort - to the point where they may not be able to function - when their skin comes into contact with anything. This can be triggered by the wind ruffling it, a delicate touch with a clan mate, or even just laying in their nest. Cats with moderate to severe hyperesthesia are unable to live normal lives.
Muteness → Cats that suffer from muteness of any degree can have unique difficulties. While physically, they may be able to handle any job, when they are required to vocalize or alert others, they are unable to do so. Communication can be extremely difficult and while tail signals can be used moderately, cats that suffer from muteness are also known to be depressed because of loneliness.
Photophobia - Mild to Moderate [Subject to Staff Confirmation] → Cats with mild to moderate photophobia may experience discomfort or irritation of the eyes and skin when exposed to sunlight. Discomfort and irritation may include mild headaches, skin sensitivity, or irritability. Cats with mild to moderate photophobia can live their lives relatively normally, but can avoid going out during the day and completing their duties at night. May allow a mild, mild case of this within the clans or within the wilderness.
Photophobia - Moderate to Severe [Subject to Staff Confirmation] → Cats with moderate to severe photophobia struggle with even the dimmest of lights, like the moon and are unable to live their lives normally. These cats may experience extreme discomfort or irritation of the eyes and skin when exposed to sunlight. Discomfort and irritation may include severe headaches, extreme skin sensitivity, hives, itching, irritability, and more. You may be asked to create them as solely kitty-pets as this can be an extreme hazard.
